Well, we can’t quite believe it is now December! We would like to wish you all a Happy Christmas, and a very Happy New Year. Like most companies here in the UK and around the world, we have faced this historical year together and predominantly from the safety of our homes. Throughout this challenging year, we have put the safety of our employees, customers, partners and suppliers at the forefront of every decision we have made. Having closed our UK offices in March, we have been able to slowly re-open in a very covid-controlled setting. Regardless of this, our engineers have always been on call every minute of the day, to help our customers whenever they have needed us. Throughout this challenging year our service to you has always been a priority for us, and we have successfully resolved every call placed to us.
We have also invested in training for our engineers and have successfully increased our technology capability portfolio. We would love for you to get in touch to find out more about this and how we may be able to help with you outside of what we currently support. We look forward to working with you in 2021 and continuing to grow and develop, in a the ‘new normal’ world.

We support NHS Trusts across the UK and in March, we took the decision to prioritise key sectors such as healthcare and national infrastructure during this global pandemic. Our engineers have put in extra shifts, but thankfully, many of our clients have preventative maintenance strategies with us and our support teams have met all our SLA’s. Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) will end the service life of equipment irrespective of your requirements. This can often leave organisations pressured into procuring new equipment unnecessarily. It doesn’t always need to be this way!
